The role requires 3+ years in management consulting, fluency in English, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with a focus on AI-enabled transformations and measurable outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Business Management or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, preferably on Insurance and Financial Services projects.
• Good knowledge of English and excellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint usage.
• Experience in designing and validating AI-driven solutions translating business requirements into functional prototypes.
