Questo ruolo prevede la creazione di materiali formativi e documentazione tecnica di alta qualità. Competenze

Humangest, a company specialized in recruitment and selection, is seeking on behalf of a company operating in the services and technological innovation sector, focused on the design and development of software solutions, a: Instructional Designer & Technical Writer (Bilingual IT / EN-US)

Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Training and Technical Communication department and work closely with an international team. The role involves designing digital learning solutions and developing technical documentation to support software applications and business processes.

The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders, contributing to the creation of bilingual training and informational materials, ensuring quality, clarity, and compliance with established standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing training needs and designing eLearning, classroom, and blended learning programs
  • Developing storyboards, scripts, and interactive content using authoring tools (e.g. Elucidat)
  • Applying adult learning principles and accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)
  • Writing clear and well-structured technical documentation (user manuals, SOPs, quick reference guides)
  • Translating complex technical concepts into simple and user-friendly language
  • Creating, adapting, and localizing training materials in Italian and US English
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, product teams, and engineers to gather requirements
  • Reviewing and updating content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance

Requirements

  • Degree in Instructional Design, Education Sciences, Technical Communication, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in instructional design and technical writing
  • Excellent written and spoken Italian and English (US)
  • Experience with eLearning tools and LMS platforms (Elucidat is a plus)
  • Knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Basic skills in graphic design and multimedia content creation
