Alfa Laval in Italy is looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to establish and develop sales for the assigned market. The role aims to maximize business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers across the Small Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Power, Steel, and Chemical sectors.

You will work with the manager and reference teams to optimize service, quote products, and coordinate internal efforts to reach sales targets.

Competenze

• Technical background in chemical and mechanical process engineering.
• Sales experience in project-oriented environments.
• Strong communication and customer understanding.
• Ability to anticipate decisions and drive initiatives.

Mansioni

• Develop the market through promotion and conversion to Alfa Laval heat exchanger technology.
• Promote technological conversions in process heat exchangers.
• Quote and negotiate products in the capital sales area.
• Coordinate with the Services division to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM updates following corporate rules.
• Support external process training and events.
