Wesco in Italy is seeking a Representative - Inside Sales to engage with existing customers via email and calls, increasing orders and ensuring accurate order processing. You will upsell, review buying history, and collaborate with outside sales to meet targets.

The role emphasizes proactive selling, customer satisfaction, and working within a team, with occasional travel up to 25% and a commission-based earning component alongside base salary.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in sales and sales administration.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and able to perform basic computer tasks.
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication; attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Obtains orders via email and phone; verifies items and enters orders.
• Increases orders by upselling related items and leveraging customer history.
• Qualifies and develops opportunities from marketing, outside sales, and accounts.
• Maintains backorder and expediting reports and communicates status to customers.
• Prepares quotations and follows up to secure orders or understand losses.
