CSS in Milano is seeking a Representative - Inside Sales to interact with existing customers, increase sales of our products and services, and upsell orders. You will focus on proactive selling to add business and expand the current account book, working with outside sales to achieve goals.

The role requires 2–4 years of sales experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; travel up to 25% may be needed, and a High School degree is required (Bachelor’s preferred).

Competenze

• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of sales and sales administration experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and work in a team.
• Clear verbal and written communication; attention to detail.
• Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and new accounts.
• Independent work with general supervision; 0–25% travel.

• Obtains orders through email and telephone, verifies items and enters orders.
• Increases orders by suggesting related items and checking buying history.
• Owns and develops opportunities from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
• Identifies ways to improve processes.
• Prepares and follows up on quotations to secure orders.
• Reviews open orders and acts to meet delivery promises.
• Maintains backorder reports and customer notifications.
• Reports industry trends and competitive pricing to management.
