Fedrigoni Group in Milan is looking for a motivated Inside Sales professional to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. In this role, you will connect with clients, manage accounts, and actively pursue new business opportunities while contributing to a vibrant team environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics or Marketing and experience in inside sales (B2B preferred). Fluent in Italian and English, you will engage with clients and manage orders using SAP and CRM tools.

• Previous experience in Inside sales roles in a multinational environment (B2B is a plus).
• Goal-oriented with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
