Alstom in Savigliano, Italy, is seeking a Digital Operations Specialist to support industrial processes and drive digital transformation across key tools such as SAP, MES and BI. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and EHS teams to implement integrated solutions and deliver data-driven improvements.

The role requires 1–2 years in a similar position, proficiency in Italian and English, and hands-on experience with IT tools management and data analysis.

Competenze

• Degree/Diploma on IT and/or related subjects.
• 1–2 years of experience in similar role.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing processes (production, supply chain, etc.).
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
• Experience on IT tools management (applicative support, software development, business analysis, data integration).
• Experience on data management (data analysis, usage of BI tools, data warehouses).
• Knowledge on systems and processes integrations (data exchanges, etc.).
• Preferable knowledge of SAP (as user and processes).
• Preferable knowledge of IT/OT integrations (machine connections, data collections).

Mansioni

• Becomes a technical reference on different tools to support industrial processes and related functions.
• Drive transformation processes in the plant following Industry 4.0 logics.
• Lead digital transformation projects across tools, analyzing needs and proposing solutions.
• Manage project deliveries with suppliers and consultants through to rollout.
• Support industrial teams on tool usage and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate data extractions and recurrent output requests.
• Interact with SAP/MES/BI teams to analyze process requirements and promote cross-contributor convergence.
• Provide smart reporting and data visualization to drive quick analytic responses.
