Alstom in Savigliano, Italy, is seeking a Digital Operations Specialist to join the Industrial Organization team. You will become the technical reference for core tools and support digital transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, and facilities.

You will drive Industry 4.0 initiatives, manage projects with suppliers, and ensure effective data extraction and reporting. Proficiency in Italian and English, plus experience with IT tools and SAP/MES/BI, will help you succeed in this role.

Competenze

Degree or diploma in IT or related subjects.
1–2 years of experience in a similar Digital Operations role.
Experience with industrial manufacturing processes (production, supply chain, etc.).
Proficiency in Italian and English.
Experience in IT tools management and data integration.
Familiarity with SAP, MES or BI systems is a plus.

Mansioni

Serve as technical reference for tools to support industrial processes.
Drive transformation in plant following Industry 4.0 logics.
Lead digital transformation projects across tools, analyze needs, propose improvements.
Manage project deliveries including analysis, supplier coordination, training, rollout.
Support industrial teams on tool usage and continuous improvement.
Assist with data extraction and recurring output requests.
Support local applications on site and convergence to central tools.
Collaborate with global tool users (SAP/MES/BI) across functions.
Digitally support operations with smart reporting and data visualization.
