G.D S.p.A, part of Coesia and headquartered in Bologna, Italy, is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive the sales process in line with budget objectives and group guidelines. You will work with a global customer network and support strategic initiatives across regions.

The role requires travel abroad approximately 100–120 days per year, strong collaboration across functions, and the ability to define offers with technical teams while managing both financial and business negotiations.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel abroad 100–120 days per year.
• Able to build collaboration networks across functions and companies.

Mansioni

• Collaborates with the Sales Area Manager to define sales budgets and strategic goals.
• Manages sales processes to consolidate and develop business results within budgets.
• Monitors current/potential customers and market trends to guide promotional activities.
• Prepares offers with technical area managers, balancing financials and negotiation aspects.
