Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a lead for inbound operations within our warehouse network. You will supervise a team of inbound associates, ensure accurate receiving, unloading, sorting, and storage of incoming goods, and drive workflow efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

You will monitor performance, conduct reviews, uphold safety and quality standards, and collaborate with outbound and inventory control to maintain seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations with 1–2 years in supervision inbound.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound associates to hit daily targets.
• Oversee receiving, unloading, sorting and storage of inbound goods.
• Monitor inbound processes for efficiency and implement improvements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance in the inbound area.
• Conduct performance reviews and develop team members.
• Collaborate with outbound and inventory control for smooth flow.
• Resolve daily operational issues and document records.
• Participate in new inbound procedures and tech implementations.
