Rosewood Rome is seeking a Bar Manager to lead beverage operations across three outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service and profitability. You will develop innovative cocktail programs, curate premium wine offerings, and mentor a diverse team in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include P&L ownership, brand-standard compliance, training, and cross‑department collaboration to deliver memorable experiences within the hotel’s upscale dining environment.

Competenze

• Minimum three years in a senior management role within luxury hospitality.
• Expertise in beverage programs, wine lists, and premium spirits.
• Strong leadership, training, and performance management skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus.
