Rosewood Rome invites an experienced Banqueting Manager - Events Operations Manager to lead flawless luxury event execution across multiple F&B outlets. You will coordinate logistics, drive guest experience, and optimise profitability while upholding brand standards.

The role reports to the Director of Food and Beverage, with dotted line to the Director of Events, and requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for exceptional hospitality.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in hospitality management, business, or culinary arts.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role within luxury hotels or high‑end restaurants.
• Deep knowledge of food, wine, premium spirits, and menu design.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and analyzing P&L reports.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service certifications as required by local regulations.
• Leadership & team development to mentor staff and deliver service excellence.

Mansioni

• Ensure F&B activities align with corporate and hotel strategies and implement actions.
• Prepare and update departmental operation manuals as provided and implement them.
• Conduct regular briefings and ensure effective departmental meetings.
• Deliver monthly financial performance reports with explanations of variances.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure exceptional guest service across all outlets.
• Supervise recruitment and development of F&B staff and manage costs within budget.
