Unobravo in Milano is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join the Customer Support Team. You will deliver timely, high-quality support to patients and therapists, handle tickets across channels, and help improve processes.

We value digital fluency, GDPR awareness, empathy, and a proactive mindset. This role offers 24 hours per week with Saturday to Monday shifts, salary 23k–26k EUR pro-rated to hours, and benefits that support wellbeing and growth.

Competenze

• Digital fluency across Office/Google Workspace, email, web navigation.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and GDPR in handling sensitive data.
• Empathy and active listening to understand user needs in challenging situations.
• Ability to investigate and resolve first-level requests and escalate when needed.
• Maintain composure and service-orientation under high ticket volumes.
• Meticulous data handling, documentation and process following.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests to meet SLAs.
