Job summary

Global Roles is seeking a Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, process design and implementation for Identity Management (IDM) and delivery services within WFP. You will work with field offices, regional teams and developers to ensure alignment with corporate standards and practical field solutions.

Qualifications

• Gather, document and prioritize business requirements with stakeholders across offices and partners.
• Translate operational needs into actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Draft business requirements and process designs using Human-Centered Design.
• Support analysis of IDM and delivery processes including verification and distribution.
• Manage product backlog and prepare sprints with clear user stories and tests.
• Align IDM processes with COMET, LESS, and location data standards.
• Coordinate process mapping and roadmaps for IDM and delivery solutions.
• Prepare guidance, SOPs, assurance controls, and service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and prioritize business requirements through consultation with offices, partners and end users.
• Draft business requirements and business process designs using Human-Centered Design.
• Support analysis of key IDM and delivery processes including registration, verification, distribution and reconciliation.
• Act as intermediary between field operations, programme and developers for digital solutions.
• Support backlog management, sprint prep, user story clarification, testing and prioritization of changes.
• Ensure IDM data flows align with COMET, LESS and location master data standards.
• Liaise with regional and country offices for process mapping and readiness reviews.
• Prepare guidance, SOPs, assurance controls and training material for IDM and delivery processes.
• Collect feedback from Country Offices during pilots and rollout and translate into improvements.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure deduplication and identity management support business capabilities.
• Deploy on mission to support piloting or rollout of digital systems.
• Manage other programmatic and field support tasks as required.
• Other relevant tasks as required.
