Magnum Ice Cream Company in Italy is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead local end-to-end demand and S&OP for Ice Cream & Frozen Food business. You will balance cash, cost, and service by delivering accurate forecasts and coordinating with commercial, supply chain, and finance teams.

You will drive forecast accuracy, optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and support strategic decision-making to meet customer demand efficiently. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in demand planning and S&OP.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP, machine learning tools, and demand planning software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Languages: Italian and English mandatory.

• Forecast Management: Develop and maintain accurate short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using machine learning models / AI driven forecasting tools, market intelligence, and cross-functional inputs.

The role Italy Ice Cream Demand Planning Manager is local lead role responsible to balance the triangle Cash / Cost / Service by giving correct input in demand and ensuring successful execution in market. This role is responsible for local E2E demand and supply planning process, leading local collaboration with service provider on short term supply and enhancing the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP / IBP) for Italy Ice Cream & Frozen Food business. Italy Ice Cream Demand Planning Manager is leading the demand forecasting process and ensures alignment between commercial, supply chain, and finance teams. This role is critical in driving forecast accuracy, ensuring right service levels, optimizing inventory levels, minimizing business waste and supporting strategic decision-making to meet customer demand efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring that the company can meet customer demand efficiently while minimizing costs & cash and maximizing service levels.

What you’ll be responsible for
