Ferrero, based in Alba, Italy, seeks an Ice Cream Product Design Manager to support development and industrialization of ice cream products. You will contribute to innovation, renovation and continuous improvement with cross-functional collaboration for scalable, high-quality solutions.

You hold a Master’s degree in Food Science or related field, with proven product development experience and strong emphasis on quality, food safety and sensory evaluation. Travel may be required.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biology or related discipline.
• Proven experience in product development within ice cream category.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel occasionally.

Mansioni

• Support R&D activities across innovation and improvement projects for ice cream products.
• Contribute to formulation development, product validation and specification management.
• Perform labs, pilot plant and industrial trials with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Assist in resolving product issues and driving category-wide improvement initiatives.
