You will contribute to innovation, renovation and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable product solutions.

You hold a master’s degree in Food Science or related discipline and have proven experience in ice cream product development, with strong knowledge of formulation,

Competenze

• Proven product development experience within the Ice Cream category.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and readiness for occasional travel.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Support formulation development, product validation and specification management.
• Execute laboratories, pilot plant and industrial trials for product industrialization.
• Maintain technical documentation and product specifications ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in resolving product-related issues and drive continuous improvement across the category.
