Makino Italia is seeking a Part Sales / Customer Service Coordinator to support service parts by phone and email, prepare quotes, and process orders. You will analyze BOMs, read prints, and coordinate with Parts, Service, and Shipping to meet customer requirements in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has a technical/engineering or business degree, strong SAP and MS Office skills, and excellent verbal and written communication. Flexible hours and ongoing training are provided.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2-year technical/engineering or business degree.
• Comparable technical work experience will be considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email for service part requirements.
• Develop quotes and create sale orders for service part requests.
• Research/analyze BOMs, drawings and other technical information to identify the correct parts.
• Identify areas for improvement and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Work with Parts and Service teams to find solutions for difficult customer issues.
• Coordinate with Material Control, Shipping and customers to meet parts requirements.
• Manage multiple customer requirements simultaneously.
