Job summary

Boeing Distribution Services S.R.L. in Lonate Pozzolo (near Milan) seeks a Customer Support Specialist to coordinate inquiries and ensure timely delivery of spare parts and chemicals to our international customer base.

You will track orders, manage delivery requirements, and resolve issues with suppliers and internal teams. Fluent Italian and good English, plus experience with SAP/Salesforce and Excel, are required to deliver smooth after-sales service across time zones.

Qualifications

2+ years in customer service in aviation or wholesale.
Experience in after-sales or order resolution in a customer-facing role.
Fluent Italian for external and internal communication.
Intermediate English to navigate systems.
Experience with ERP/CRM tools such as SAP and Salesforce.
Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience serving an international customer base.
Ability to work across time zones with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate customer inquiries and ensure timely delivery of spare parts and chemicals.
Track orders and manage delivery requirements with internal departments.
Communicate order status and coordinate changes with customers.
Monitor returns and process complaints with QA and Procurement.
Be the first point of contact for escalations or claims by customers.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams across multiple regions.
