Job summary

Rotork plc in Italy's Marche region seeks a Quality Engineer to support the product development team, oversee quality across operations, and ensure products meet customer specifications. You will conduct audits, lead root cause analyses, implement corrective actions, train staff, and drive continuous improvement with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3/4 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Experience with RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D).
• Full English and Italian language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.
• Provide training and support to staff on current quality standards and best practices.
• Participate in the development and review of project plans to ensure quality requirements are defined and met.
• Conduct audits and inspections to verify adherence to industry regulations and NCRs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
