Job summary

Rotork Plc seeks a Quality Engineer to support the product development team, ensuring QA across operations and compliance with customer specifications. You will lead RCA, manage corrective actions, and train staff in quality standards.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to ISO 9001 are essential. The role focuses on developing QA protocols, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline required.
• 3/4 years of related experience required.
• Strong ability in reading and interpreting complex drawings/blueprints to understand parameters of components/products.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D).
• Full English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA support to the product development team and resolve defects to meet customer specs.
• Oversee quality within operations, ensuring products, processes and systems meet high standards.
• Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain QA protocols and procedures; audit and inspect for compliance.
• Provide training and support to staff on current quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and review project plans and quality requirements.
