Job summary

Rotork Plc is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the product development team and oversee QA across operations. You will resolve defects, ensure products meet customer specifications, and promote excellence in quality and internal processes.

You will report to the Quality Supervisor and develop/maintain QA protocols, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement. Strong English/Italian skills and experience with RCA and 8D are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of related experience required.
• Strong ability in reading and interpreting complex drawings/blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with RCA/5-Whys/8D experience.
• Fully proficient in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA support to the product development team to ensure customer specifications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA protocols to ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Participate in project plans to ensure quality requirements are defined and met from the outset.
