Job summary

Rotork Plc in Italy seeks a Quality Engineer to support product development, lead QA protocols, and ensure products meet customer specs. You will oversee quality across operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will conduct audits, drive root-cause analyses, train staff, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization. Proficiency in English and Italian and strong numerical skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
3/4 years of related experience.
Ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001.
Analytical/problem-solving skills with RCA and QA tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D).
Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

Support QA within product development to ensure customer specifications are met.
Lead audits, inspections, and NCR resolution across operations.
Develop and maintain QA protocols to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance on quality standards to staff.
