Job summary

Rotork is seeking a Quality Engineer to support product development, ensuring that products meet customer specifications and internal standards. You will oversee all quality aspects across operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will develop QA procedures, lead audits, and drive preventive actions. You will train staff on current quality standards and participate in project planning to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3/4 years of related experience.
• Strong ability in reading and interpreting complex drawings/blueprints.
• Familiar with quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D).
• Full English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct audits and inspections; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve NCRs.
• Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and practices.
• Contribute to project plans/specifications to clearly define and meet quality requirements from the outset.
