Job summary

Rotork is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the product development team in assuring quality and meeting customer specifications. You will oversee quality across operations, lead audits, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will develop QA protocols, lead root cause analyses, and train staff to ensure adherence to quality standards from project kickoff onward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline required.
• 3–4 years of related experience required.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D).
• Full English and Italian language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA protocols and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Resolve defects and NCRs with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Promote continuous improvement across operations and projects.
• Provide training on quality standards to staff.
