Job summary

Rotork Plc is seeking a Quality Engineer in Italy to support product development, ensure QA standards, and drive continuous improvement across operations. You will lead root cause analyses, develop QA protocols, train staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve NCRs.

The role requires 3–4 years of quality experience, a related engineering degree, and fluency in English and Italian; a hybrid work mode is offered with a full-time contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of related quality engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001.
• Experience with RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5Whys, Pareto, 8D).
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Support product development with QA and defect resolution.
• Oversee quality across operations ensuring compliance with standards.
• Develop and maintain QA protocols and procedures.
• Conduct audits and inspections for regulatory adherence.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training on quality standards to staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and address external NCRs.
