Saipem is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead proposal activities for the Drilling & Sonsub Business Line. With at least 10 years of experience in managing proposals in industrial projects, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with client requirements.

The role offers a hybrid working model, competitive salary starting from 56,000 €, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and flexible working hours.

Competenze

• At least 10 years of experience as Proposal Manager or Project Manager for industrial projects.
• Experience in high technological products, including robotics and processing.
• Ability to manage timelines, resources, and multiple tasks simultaneously.

Mansioni

• Analyze Tender Documents and Contract conditions, identifying critical issues.
• Develop Proposal Plan and manage interfaces with Partners and Client.
• Ensure review of cost estimates and preparation of Cost Closure Reports.
• Manage post-bid clarification phase with the Client.
• Lead negotiations with clients on pricing, commercial, and contractual aspects.
