You will coordinate end-to-end events from concept through onsite delivery, engaging stakeholders and coordinating with marketing and CRM teams to ensure consistency with firm standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an events-focused role within a corporate organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Milan event venues market.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of event-specific systems, such as Cvent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics and administration.
• Develop and manage event budgets and expenses.
• Draft client-facing communications and collateral.
• Maintain event data, calendars, and post-event analysis.
