Latham & Watkins in Milan is seeking a Human Resources, Recruiting and Legal Talent Coordinator to provide comprehensive support across the HC&T function, blending HR duties with recruiting and legal talent initiatives. The role will be based in our Milan office.

The successful candidate will manage HR queries, coordinate training, support onboarding and recruiting activities, and help enhance benefits and wellbeing programs while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

Competenze

• Experience in human resources or recruiting or professional services environment, preferably.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Serve as a point of contact for HR questions and duties, including attendance tracking, payroll liaison, and policy queries.
• Support training programs, development plans, and team-building initiatives for staff and attorneys.
• Promote benefits, wellness initiatives and coordinate related training with Well-Being & Benefits and Development & Training teams.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and provide administrative support across the attorney lifecycle.
• Support recruiting efforts including candidate selection, interview scheduling, offers, onboarding and joiner/leaver processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with law schools, career services, student organizations, and vendors.
• Coordinate BAR compliance, study leave planning, training registrations, and related processes.
• Support events and strategic projects aligned with HC&T priorities.
