Latham & Watkins in Milan is seeking a Business Development Senior Specialist to support Italy’s market priorities and drive strategic marketing and business development initiatives. The role sits in the Milan office with a hybrid schedule and in-office presence as needed.

You will collaborate with market leaders, contribute to client development, research industry trends, and help craft pitches, biographies, and event programs with internal teams across Europe.

Competenze

• Experience in business development within professional services (legal/consulting).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute strategic BD and marketing plans, acting as a “dot connector” internally
• Provide research, analysis, and reporting to support client development
• Support the marketing strategy with measurable impact for the market
• Achieve fluency in our client base and pursue new business from existing and new clients
• Collaborate on pitches, biographies, and directories
• Work with BD colleagues across Europe and liaise with PR and social media for events
• Partner with Brand & Communications for coverage of successful matters and initiatives
