LuxExperience in Milan, Italy, is seeking an HR Shared Services Advisor to join the HR Centre of Expertise. This hybrid, fixed-term role supports payroll, onboarding and HR administration for a fast-paced team.

The position requires prior HR admin experience, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in Italian and English (B2+). Reporting into the Head of HR CoE, it offers a one-year contract with a starting salary from 29,000€ gross annually and a hybrid working model.

• Minimum prior experience in an HR administrative role, supporting a fast-paced team.
• Comfortable providing first-line advice to employees.
• Discreet, professional with strong attention to detail and communication.
• Highly organized with a service mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent MS Office or Google Workspace skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level).

Mansioni

• Prepare employment-related letters for staff including role changes, annual salary increases, new starters and leavers.
• Provide 1st line response to HR policy queries utilizing our ticketing system Workday Help.
• Update and maintain employee personnel files and HR Systems.
• Work closely with payroll providing support to managers and employees for the Workday system.
• Provide general admin support to HR Business Partners and CoE team.
• Support onboarding of new employees.
• Track fixed-term contracts, maternity, paternity, leave, visas and allowances.
• Follow HR processes and assist in ensuring compliance across the team and wider businesses.
• Provide support to the HR Centre of Expertise team across Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management.
