NHOA Energy, Milan offices and hybrid remote, seeks a Senior HR Administration & Payroll Specialist to support HR operations across international entities. You will coordinate payroll with external providers, manage onboarding, changes and offboarding, and ensure compliance with labour and tax rules.

Reporting to the Head of HR Administration, Payroll & Mobility, you will drive process improvements, maintain accurate HR data and deliver insightful reports and KPIs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Law or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll and Benefits, preferably international.
• Strong knowledge of Italian payroll and labour legislation, with exposure to international HR processes.
• Experience working with payroll providers, HRIS/ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate monthly payroll activities with external providers across several countries.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labour, tax and social security regulations.
• Administer employee benefits and insurance programmes.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and prepare HR reports and KPIs.
• Support the standardisation and continuous improvement of HR administration processes.
• Act as a trusted partner for HR colleagues, employees and external stakeholders.
• Serve as backup to the Head of HR Administration, Payroll & Mobility when required.
