LuxExperience is seeking an HR Shared Services Advisor to join the HR Centre of Expertise. This hybrid role in Milan (Via Morimondo) is a fixed-term contract of 1 year, with a starting annual gross base salary from €29,000.

The role reports to the Head of HR Centre of Expertise and involves supporting HR policy, payroll, onboarding, and HR processes across the team. Responsibilities include preparing employment letters, maintaining HR files, and collaborating with the CoE on compensation, talent

Competenze

• Minimum prior experience in an HR administrative role.
• Comfortable providing first line HR advice to employees.
• Discreet, professional, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Well-organised and able to work to tight deadlines.

Mansioni

• Prepare employment-related letters (role changes, salary increases, new starters, leavers).
• Provide 1st line responses to HR policy queries via Workday Help.
• Update employee files and keep HR systems current.
• Support payroll with Workday system and assist managers/employees.
• Provide admin support to HR Business Partners and CoE team.
• Assist onboarding of new employees.
• Track fixed-term contracts, parental leave, visas, and allowances.
• Ensure HR processes compliance across the team and wider business.
• Support CoE team across Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management.
