Saipem is seeking an Intern in Personnel Management and Development to support the HR lifecycle in national and international contexts. You will assist in contractual documentation, hirings and terminations, mobility administration and employee development initiatives.

The role offers exposure to performance management, reporting, and employer branding, with a hybrid work model and a gross monthly allowance of €900. Location: Fano, Italy, within Saipem's Human Resources function.

Formación

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Law, Labour Relations, HR Science, Economics or related fields.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Familiarity with labour law, social security and personnel administration processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the preparation and updating of employee contractual documentation.
• Collaborate in management of hirings, contract conversions, extensions and terminations.
• Assist in administrative aspects related to international mobility, assignments abroad and secondments.
• Support organization and monitoring of training and development initiatives.
• Collaborate in performance management and competency development.
• Assist in HR data analysis and related reporting.
• Support employer branding, talent management and employee engagement activities.
