Saipem is seeking an HR intern to join the Human Resources & Organization Function with a focus on HR project planning, professional roles and cost monitoring activities.

You will support workload overview, cost analyses, and HR data-related analyses while developing your knowledge within a global energy and infrastructure leader. The role offers a hybrid working model and valuable exposure to corporate HR processes.

Qualifications

• Scientific high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in economics/statistics or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing HR overall workload using Saipem internal tool.
• Supporting the annual Saipem Professional Role System revision.
• Supporting other cost analyses on demand.
• Understanding and supporting analyses related to HR data when necessary.
