Regal Rexnord, a global industrial manufacturer, seeks an EMEA Controls & Compliance Manager to partner with finance leaders across EMEA. You will guide internal controls, ensure US GAAP policy adherence, and drive consistency across the region.

You will review controls, implement improvements, and coordinate audits. Strong communication, leadership by influence, and CPA credentials are highly valued. Hybrid role with travel and regional visibility.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
CPA licensure strongly preferred.
7–10 years of progressive audit or accounting experience.
SOX knowledge and experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence resources across functions.
Ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

Liaise with site and finance leaders across EMEA to provide guidance on internal control and policy matters.
Perform reviews of internal controls and financial processes in EMEA; plan, execute, and report results.
Assess business processes to identify risks and control improvements.
Assist businesses with implementing new controls and accounting guidance.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for quarterly reviews and year-end audits.
Support balance sheet reviews and remediation of control deficiencies.
Lead control alignment for new acquisitions and EMEA locations.
Monitor statutory audits and coordinate with auditors, corporate, and local entities.
