Amazon is seeking an EU EXR Business Partner for OPS Central Functions & RME Tech to shape employee and labor relations strategies across multiple EU countries. You will serve as a trusted advisor to VPs, ensuring regulatory compliance and proactive workforce risk management in a complex environment.

Your role spans end-to-end ELR planning, partnering with PxT, Legal, L&D, and Operations to scale improvements and maintain consistent employee experience across functions and geographies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree is required; postgraduate HR/ER education is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional European language is advantageous.
• Experience building trusted advisory relationships with executives.
