Amazon is seeking an EU EXR Business Partner for OPS Central Functions & RME Tech, spanning multiple EU countries with travel up to 30%. You will shape end-to-end employee and labor relations strategies and advise senior EU Operations leaders on experience, compliance, and risk.

Covering IT Ops & RME, 3P Transportation, and Scale projects, this role is based in Europe with CCNL Dirigenti classification and a base salary of 98,800 EUR gross annually. Opportunity for stock and benefits may apply.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Employee Experience / Labor Relations with multi-country EU exposure.
• Fluent English (C2) and proven ability to advise senior leaders.
• Track record of building trusted advisory relationships with executives.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives across multiple countries.
• Ability to use data and metrics to inform EXR strategy.

Mansioni

• Translate business priorities into actionable EXR strategies across pan-EU scope.
• Advise senior leaders on labor relations risk, regulation, and employee experience opportunities with data-backed recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate pan-EU ER risk using listening, site assessments, and analytics.
• Design targeted interventions to improve employee experience and partner with local ER teams.
• Maintain awareness of evolving EU labor laws and advise on compliance impacts for strategic projects.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to build capability and deliver cohesive employee experience.
