A leading consulting firm in Cassano Magnago is seeking an EMEA Finance Operations Analyst to enhance performance visibility in the EMEA region. This role involves collecting, structuring and analyzing industrial data, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting operational processes. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide hands-on support to local controllers. This position requires onsite presence 3 days a week in Gallarate, and it's a permanent role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven EMEA Finance Operations Analyst to support performance visibility and industrial controlling across the EMEA region.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, structuring, consolidating, and analyzing industrial data to enable accurate performance monitoring, support industrial month-end closing, and drive fact-based decision-making. You will ensure reporting is timely, standardized, and reliable across all plants.

Beyond reporting, you will play a key role in the digitalization and harmonization of industrial controlling processes, helping to improve transparency, efficiency, and data integrity across the region.

You will also provide hands-on operational support to local plant controllers, ensuring business continuity during absences, peak workload periods, and onboarding phases that require on-site knowledge transfer and handover.
