Regal Rexnord seeks an EMEA Controls & Compliance Manager to partner with regional finance leaders on internal controls and accounting policy enforcement under US GAAP. The role conducts control reviews, documents procedures, and coordinates with auditors across the EMEA region.

Reporting to the Director of Controls & Compliance, this full-time position requires strong SOX knowledge, ERP system experience, and excellent communication skills to drive improvements across global operations.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA licensure preferred.
7–10 years of progressive audit or accounting experience.
Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley and US GAAP.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence resources across functions.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and audits.

Mansioni

Liaise with site and finance leaders across EMEA to provide guidance on internal controls and policies.
Perform reviews of internal controls and financial processes across EMEA operations.
Document procedures and communicate results to management.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
Lead control alignment during new acquisitions and site expansions.
