Regal Rexnord is seeking an EMEA Controls & Compliance Manager to partner with regional finance leaders, ensuring proper application of US GAAP and adherence to internal controls across Europe, Middle East and Africa. This full-time hybrid role reports to the Director of Controls & Compliance and offers significant visibility to segment CFOs and controllers.

You will lead control reviews, coordinate with internal and external auditors, and drive improvements through risk assessments,

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
CPA licensure strongly preferred.
7–10 years progressive audit or accounting experience.
Big public accounting and/or large US public company experience preferred.
Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence resources outside one’s direct responsibility.
Self-starter with good organization and planning skills.
Strong spoken and written English skills.

Mansioni

Liaise with site and finance leaders to guide internal control matters.
Perform reviews of internal controls and financial processes in EMEA.
Participate in risk assessment, planning, execution, and reporting.
Evaluate processes to identify risk and controls; propose improvements.
Assist with implementing new controls and accounting guidance.
Coordinate with auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit.
Lead balance sheet reviews for business units.
Support control alignment for acquisitions and new EMEA locations.
Work with Internal Audit to remediate deficiencies.
Monitor audits for timeliness with local requirements.
Identify entities for auditor alignment and coordinate with auditors and local entities.
