Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Operations, Customer Operations or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Administration.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Manage service orders through system processing and execution.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer billing for contract and non-contract services.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support invoicing dispute resolutions with Accounts Receivable, Sales, Finance and Operations.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of customer and contract data in systems.
• Collaborate across CRM, ERP and service management platforms for operational activities.
• Assist forecasting and reporting as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a primary contact between customers and internal teams for administrative topics.
