Borgo San Felice Resort is seeking a passionate HR Intern from January 2027 who is enrolled in a university and undertaking a curricular internship. You will contribute to building a people-centered workplace and participate in learning and development initiatives.

You will assist in employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR operations while collaborating with department heads and the leadership team to enhance the workplace experience.

What You Will Really Do

Employee Engagement

• Contribute to designing and delivering employee engagement & well being initiatives
• Support internal events, communication, and team‑building activities
• Help give a voice to our people, gathering feedback and enhancing workplace experience
• To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

Recruitment & Employer Branding

• Be involved in the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews)
• Collaborate with international schools and universities
• Support the development of our employer brand and talent attraction strategy

Onboarding & Training

• Help create an outstanding onboarding experience for new joiners
• Support the organization of training programs and development initiatives
• Gain insight into how we grow and develop talent

HR Operations & Projects

• Support HR daily activities across all functions
• Participate in real HR projects (process improvement, digital tools, initiatives)
• Work closely with department heads and leadership team
