Borgo San Felice Resort is seeking a passionate HR Intern from January 2027 who is enrolled in a university and undertaking a curricular internship. You will contribute to building a people-centered workplace and participate in learning and development initiatives.

You will assist in employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR operations while collaborating with department heads and the leadership team to enhance the workplace experience.

Competenze

• Must be enrolled in a university and pursuing a curricular internship.
• January 2027 start date for the internship.
• Commitment to learning and development as part of the program.
• Interest in people, culture and hospitality excellence.

Mansioni

• Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.
• Assist with the full recruitment cycle including posting, screening and interviews.
• Help create an outstanding onboarding experience for new joiners and support training.
• Assist HR daily activities and participate in HR projects with department heads.
