Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Platinion is seeking an HR Intern to support our HR team in Milan for a 6-month internship, working with recruiting, staffing, and talent development activities.

You will gain exposure to the employee lifecycle, data management in HR tools, and preparing reports and presentations in Italian and English. A degree in HR/Business, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, confidential approach are required.

Competenze

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Strong Excel skills, data handling, pivot tables; macros a plus.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English.
• Confidential handling of sensitive information with discretion.
• Team player, proactive, organized and able to work independently.
• Experience in HR, Recruiting, People Analytics or data internship is a plus.

Who We Are

Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic consulting environment?

BCG Platinion is looking for a motivated and talented HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our HR colleagues, supporting a variety of HR processes and activities while gaining exposure to different areas of the employee lifecycle.

You will become part of an international, results-oriented, and collaborative environment, working alongside talented colleagues who value creativity, flexibility, teamwork, hard work and mutual support.

What You'll Do

• Support the HR team with a range of operational and administrative activities, taking ownership of selected day-to-day and recurring tasks
• Manage and maintain data in our HR and Recruiting tools, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates
• Support key HR processes, including recruiting, staffing, or talent&career development
• Collaborate with the team in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing HR reports, ensuring data quality and providing meaningful insights
• Create, review, and edit presentations and other HR-related materials in both Italian and English
• Handle sensitive employee and organizational information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion

What You'll Bring

• You hold, or are currently completing, a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and are comfortable working with data, formulas, pivot tables, and analytical models. Knowledge of macros is considered a plus
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent attention to detail
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English
• You are able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• You are a collaborative team player while also feeling comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your responsibilities
• You are proactive, flexible, well-organized, and able to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• You are a quick and creative thinker with a hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn
• Previous experience in an HR, Recruiting, People Analytics, or data-focused internship will be considered a plus

This Opportunity Is Offered As a 6-month Internship Designed To Provide Hands-on Experience And Professional Development Within BCG Platinion. As This Is An Internship Position, Participants Will Receive a Monthly Allowance, In Accordance With The Internship Agreement. Interns Will Also Benefit From
