APM Terminals in Vado Ligure, Italy is seeking an HR Intern to support the People Business Partner with daily HR tasks and admin duties. You will maintain employee records, assist with recruitment, trainings, onboarding, and HR data management in Workday.

The role offers training on key HR processes, exposure to interviews, payroll setup, and confidential data handling in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of general HR experience or internship experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.

Mansioni

• Assist the People Business Partner with daily HR tasks and admin duties.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems accuracy.
• Coordinate interviews and support local recruitment processes.
• Schedule mandatory trainings and handle calendar activities.
• Support engagement surveys and HR queries guidance.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll setup, and system removals.
