Zusammenfassung

Rotork Plc is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards, identify hazards, and implement mitigation plans. You will coordinate ASPP tasks, conduct audits, analyze injuries and near misses, and drive corrective actions while promoting continuous health, safety and environmental improvements across the organization.

You will report to the HES Facility Manager and contribute to KPI reporting, data analysis, and proactive safety improvements in a dynamic industrial

Qualifikationen

• 3 years minimum experience in a similar role in a structured company.
• Mastery of safety and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of international standards on safety and environmental management systems.
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures, run reports, and implement changes under pressure.
• Flexibility, proactivity and organizational autonomy.
• Problem solving and stress management skills.
• Ability to interact at all levels and work in a team.
• Pragmatism and speed of action.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with safety standards; identify hazards and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate ASPP tasks and conduct risk assessments per D.Lgs. 81/2008.
• Prepare and deploy business improvement and corrective plans.
• Conduct internal audits, KPI reporting, and incident analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance.
• Collaborate with team to manage health, safety and environmental aspects.
