Job summary

Rotork Plc is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards, identify hazards, and implement preventive plans. The role collaborates with management and ASPP services, conducting audits and KPI reporting to drive continuous safety improvements.

The position emphasizes data-driven risk mitigation, internal audits, Gemba walks, and proactive environmental health and safety initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a structured company.
• Knowledge of international safety and environmental management standards.
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures, and run reports under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and develop mitigation plans; implement them.
• Coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs. 81/2008 with Risk Prevention and Protection Service.
• Conduct internal audits and KPI reporting; perform Gemba walks and investigations.
• Analyze injuries and near misses; propose corrective actions.
• Support management in health, safety, and environmental improvements.
