Rotork plc is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. You will work with management to identify hazards, mitigate risks, and implement continuous improvement plans.

You will coordinate ASPP activities under DLgs 81/2008, perform audits, Gemba walks, and KPI reporting, and lead corrective actions to improve HSE performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a structured company.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of international Standards on Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
• Ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of Risk Prevention and Protection Service as ASPP per D.Lgs. 81/2008.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and design prevention and control measures.
• Prepare and deploy business improvement and corrective plans.
• Conduct internal audits and KPI reporting.
• Perform Gemba walks and root-cause investigations.
• Support environmental and health and safety initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
