Job summary

Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company. An HSE Engineer will ensure adherence to safety standards, identifying hazards, and implementing prevention measures to safeguard workers and the environment.

The role involves coordinating ASPP tasks, performing internal audits and KPI reporting, and driving continuous improvement in HSE performance while aligning with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles in a structured company.
• Mastery of safety and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of international Standards for Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
• Ability to analyze data, generate measures, run reports and drive corrective actions.
• Proactive, flexible and autonomous with strong communication and teamwork.
• Good English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ASPP tasks and ensure compliance with DLgs 81/08.
• Identify critical environmental, safety hazards and assess risks.
• Prepare improvement plans, conduct audits and KPI reporting.
• Contribute to continuous HSE performance improvements.
• Support management in health, safety and environmental management.
